Michelle uses a strength based, empathetic, and compassionate approach to therapy. She understands that people come from every walk of life and she respect people’s choices, lifestyles, opinions, and beliefs. She has been called “radically genuine,” and “extremely non-judgmental.”
She was raised on a large farm in northern New York State then left rural life to enlist in the Marine Corps at 18 years-old. She completed two tours in Iraq where she disarmed roadside bombs, and while serving in the military, she managed to get her bachelor's degree in psychology from Ashford University.
She left the military and attended graduate school at the Los Angeles campus of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where she received her doctorate in clinical psychology with a concentration in neuropsychology.
